Week 1, Lesson 3: Your Vision for the Next Chapter
Instructions: An intention isn't a goal or a resolution — it's a guiding principle. Work through the four questions below, then craft your personal vision statement in the box at the end. There are no right answers. Only your truth.
The Four Guiding Questions
Take time with each question. These are the building blocks of your intention.
Question 1
"Who do I want to become through this experience?"
Question 2
"What do I want to feel on the other side of this?"
Question 3
"What do I want to build in my next chapter?"
Question 4
"What do I want to release that I've been carrying?"
My Vision Statement
Using your answers above as inspiration, write a 2–3 sentence statement in first person, present tense. Keep it simple, personal, and true to you. This is your compass.
Example: "I am rebuilding my life with clarity and grace. I choose peace over drama. I trust that my next chapter is already being written."
My Vision Statement
Write in first person. Present tense. 2–3 sentences.
Anchoring Your Intention
Where will you keep this statement so you see it every day?
Keep it visible. The intention you write today won't mean much if it lives in a drawer. Put it somewhere you'll see it when the hard days come — because they will come, and this statement will help you find your way back to yourself.
